1. Pricing
All items are currently priced inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are for the UK mainland only. For orders from elsewhere your full postal details to the Contact Us page and we will be pleased to provide you with a quote. We currently only supply to EU. Free delivery only applies to the Mainland UK. For non mainland uk areas additional payment may be required, please contact us for information before ordering. We reserve the right to deduct transaction costs if we are required to refund orders made outside the UK.
For Northern Ireland items over £149 will incure a additional fee of £25 which will need to be payed before dispatch ca be made.
2. Delivery
If we expect items are going to take longer than expected to dispatch, at the time of ordering we will contact you to offer a full refund or alternative product, although our stock control systems should ensure that this is a rare occurance.
We use the Royal Mail and courier services and in some circumstances delays are beyond our control, however, we do our best to ensure these are rare occurances. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Delivery which includes a packing charge are based on the total packed weight and is shown in the customer services section. Some items are delivered free and this is shown in the product information. All orders over £100 are free and a delivery charge is £7.65 for orders under £100 to mainland UK. Additional charges may apply for other locations.
Items may be sent separately but no extra delivery charge is made.
3.Payment Facilities
We use HSBC's secure online payment facilities and Paypal. This allows you to pay us directly using any UK debit or credit card. Security is Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™ for internet transactions.
4. Site Security
We use internet standard SSL security to protect your information. All parts of the site that require you to enter any personal information are secured in this way. This can be verified by checking that the URL in your address bar starts with 'https://' and that the padlock icon is displayed on the status bar at the bottom of your browser window.
5. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We only collect information to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service and will not email you in the future without your consent.
The type of information we collect includes your name, address, Phone number (where given) and email address.
The personal information which we hold is held securely and in accordance with best practice and the law.
6. Returns Policy
Equipment and machines purchased by home customers can be returned within 7 days in line with the distant selling act. Provided that the coffee or other perishable good is faulty when delivered to you we will provide a prompt refund in full. However, as a perishable good we are unable to accept returns for non defective products but we will make every attempt to resolve any problems.
We are unable to accept returns or cancellations of special orders or factory order items, which are non-stock items, once these items have been ordered. We cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates which are based on the best information we have or estimates from the manufacturer. However, we do our best, to ensure these are as accurate as possible and delays are minimal.
Please contact us in writing or email prior to making a return, so the correct return information can be given. Goods should be returned with packaging intact and in perfect condition. We are reserve the right not to refund goods which are not in a resellable condition or deduct further amounts due to damage.
We aim to make refunds within 14 days.
We act in accordance with the EU distance selling and internet regulations as this applies to home customers.
For all items we reserve the right to deduct a 35% restocking and administartion fee and this will be deducted from any refund which is not due to faulty goods.

These conditions do not affect your legal rights and should be read in conjuction with our customer services information page.
We accept only accept the UK as Legal Jurisdiction.
