Terms and Conditions

1. Pricing

All items are currently priced inclusive of VAT. Postal charges are for the UK. For orders from elsewhere your full postal details to the Contact Us page and we will be pleased to provide you with a quote. We currently only supply to EU.

2. Delivery

In most cases orders are processed on the same day, therefore orders should be delivered within 48 hours. Please allow a maximum of 4 working days for delivery before contacting us, longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

If we expect items are going to be longer at the time of ordering we will contact you to offer a full refund or alternative product, although our stock control systems should ensure that this does not happen.

We use the Royal Mail and for larger orders a courier service and in some circumstances delays are beyond our control, however, we do our best to ensure these are rare occurances.

Delivery which includes a packing charge are based on the total packed weight and is shown in the customer services section. Some items are postage free and this is shown in the product information.

Items may be sent separately but no extra delivery charge is made.

3.Payment Facilities

Best Beans Limited use HSBC's secure online payment facilities. This allows you to pay us directly using any UK debit or credit card. Security is Verified by Visa and MasterCardĀ® SecureCodeā„¢ for internet transactions.


4. Site Security

Best Coffee Beans Ltd uses internet standard SSL security to protect your information. All parts of the site that require you to enter any personal information are secured in this way. This can be verified by checking that the URL in your address bar starts with "https://" and that the padlock icon is displayed on the status bar at the bottom of your browser window.

5. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)

We only collect information to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service and will not email you in the future without your consent.

The type of information we collect includes your name, address, Phone number (where given) and email address.

The personal information which we hold is held securely and in accordance with best practice and the law.

6. Returns Policy

Provided that the coffee is faulty when the coffee was delivered to you we will provide a prompt refund in full. As a perishable good we are unable to accept returns for non defective coffee but we will make every attempt to resolve any problems.

We act in accordance with the EU distance selling and internet regulations.

7. Our Recommend a Friend Offer (this closed for new customers on the 22 September 2007 and will remain open for existing customers until 31 October 2007.
