Our House Proud Fully Certified Medium Roast is made from 100% Arabica beans from Honduras and is most suitable for cafetieres and filter machines.
It has clean smooth fresh flavour notes of green apple and melon with nutty undertones and a medium body.
It is triple certified to give the ethical assurance of the Soil Association, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance

Roasted from beans from the La Central de Cooperativas Cafeteleras de Honduras.
Founded in 1998, La Central de Cooperativas Cafeteleras de Honduras, CCCH, is an organization that comprises over 10,000 farmers and 80 cooperatives throughout Honduras. La Central’s producer co-ops are located in 12 mountainous states of Honduras.
In 2001, CCCH’s production represented 4% of the total coffee exports for Honduras. La Central was able to export 7% of its coffee to the European Fair Trade market. Earlier this year CCCH started exporting its coffee to the US coffee market as well.
CCCH seeks to produce high quality coffee while simultaneously improving the quality of life of its members. To achieve this mission, CCCH’s programs include:
- Organic production and certification projects
- Micro-credit and savings programs
- Reconstruction of houses and farms severely damaged by
Hurricane Mitch
- Sustainable development and agricultural diversification projects
