We are sorry but we are unable to handle home sales and enquiries by phone unless you have a problem or need help with an item you have purchased. This helps keep our product prices low while providing excellent customer service.

Loyalty Discount Scheme

  • A Loyalty bonus discount is automatically given on selected items for returning customers.
  • Customers must sign in with their original email address and password to be eligible.
  • Best Coffee Beans Ltd reserves the right to vary products and discounts and to end the scheme without notice.

       

Payment and Order Information

  • We accept most UK debit and credit cards.
  • Card transactions are processed by HSBC's fully encrypted Secure ePayment server.
  • Orders are dispatched the same or next working day.
  • All items are in stock unless indicated.
  • All Coffee is packed into valve bags soon after roasting to maintain maximum freshness.

Delivery

From Saturday 8th December delivery and packing has been charged separately according to the total packed weight. For some non coffee items delivery is free and this is shown on the product information. 

       

Returns Policy

  • Please email us immediately if there is a problem with your order.
  • We will provide a full refund for faulty or damaged coffee and make every attempt to resolve other problems to your satisfaction.
  • Goods must be returned within 20 days of the day of purchase.
  • Manufacture warranties vary on individual machines and equipment, please contact us for details. Your statutory rights are not affected and we will always try and resolves problems to your satisfaction.

  • Producers are treated fairly with support where they may be disadvantaged.

I have not received my order, what shall I do?

 

You should normally recieve your order within 2 or 3 days or as indicated on the product description. If you have not received your order 7 working days after you placed your order, please email customer services.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

 

 

How do I cancel or amend my order?

 

Please email customer services within one hour. We will cancel or amend orders until they are dispatched.

  1. We know the farm or farming co-operative our beans come from.
  2. Where producers may be disadvantaged, including small farmers, we have evidence that they have access to international markets, receive a fair price and support for their community. This may include FAIRTRADE certification.
  3. We source coffees from sustainable sources, which do not cause excessive damage to the environment and we are actively working for all our coffees to be organically certified by 2008.
  4. We do not cause excessive damage to the environment in our day to day business activities.
  5. We share this information on our website for customers.
