We will always try and resolve problems to your satisfaction and we will give you life-long support and advice for your product.

We are an authorised distributor, agent or importer, for all the products we sell which means that we are better placed to give you the best support if things do go wrong or you have a problem.

Guarantees and warranties

The following home machines come with a 24 month parts and labour warranty, please email us for information about other products and for commercial use. Our service partners have dedicated customer care, repair and service departments in addition to our inhouse expertise and we will be able to support you in the the years following your purchase.

Payment and Order Information

  • We accept most UK debit and credit cards.
  • Card transactions are processed by HSBC's fully encrypted Secure ePayment server or by secure google checkout.
  • Orders are dispatched the same or next working day unless indicated.
  • Stock and Delivery details are indicated on each product.  We take every step to ensure goods shown are in stock and we will contact you to let you know if your product is unavailable. However, we cannot guarantee availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. 
  • We are unable to accept online orders for delivery outside the UK unless stated. Any orders received will be refunded less the cost of the transaction. Please contact us for other destinations.
  • Products which offer free delivery only applies within the UK mainland. Please contact us for all other areas.

Returns Policy

  • These do not affect your statutory rights.
  • Unused goods in original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 10 days of the transaction taking place for an exchange or refund. Please contact us first before returning goods.
  • We do not refund the cost of transport and the customer bears the cost of transport back to us. We may also charge a re-stocking fee of 30% if the item is not faulty.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for damage to goods in (return) transit, regardless of the means of transportation used.
  • We cannot accept returns for coffee which is not faulty as this is a fresh product.

Privacy

  • We do not share information with any other organisations and it is kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
