Our Costa Rican variety is called ‘Pura Vida’ a national expression which literally translated means ‘pure life’ and sums up the desire to live the best and most pure existence.

Our Pura Vida comes from pure Costa Rica Arabica beans from the reliable West Valley Naranjo Cooperative which brings together over 3000 small farmers who grow these delicious beans in volcanic soil between 3000 and 5000 feet above sea level.
The cooperative, as well as giving the farmers access to a wholesale market, provides on hand agriculture expertise and a number of welfare supports which include their own supermarket and social club. The cooperative has consistently supplied some of Costa Rica’s finest coffee.
