The Duo PROFESSIONAL is a conveniently sized, commercial spec machine.
It works with ground coffee and a pod adapter is available. It also features 2 heating systems; a brass boiler delivering the water for the coffee and a brass thermoblock delivering steam. This means that coffee and steam can be operated simultaneously.
The professional size brass boiler is larger than on the rest of the steel range, ensuring you can run many coffees without fluctuating temperature. The brew head and filter holder are also all made of solid brass. This ensures even and consistent heat conduction and retention throughout the system.
The Duo PROFESSIONAL also has a powerful steam supply, making it child's play to produce delicious, dense milk froth for cappuccinos. It is moreover equipped with a solenoid valve, preventing dripping from the group and the steam arm; an effective "anti-drip"-mechanism.
The top of the machine acts as a cup warming plate. Square design, brushed steel body and funky blue lights: a cool looking machine!
