This Uno is the ground coffee version and the steel provides a truly professional machine.

The UNO has the thermometer dial and is pour over only, no water connection on this model. The boiler, brew head and filter holder are all made of solid brass. This ensures even and consistent heat conduction and retention throughout the system. It also has a powerful steam supply. Top of the machine acts as a cup warming plate. The grinder is a excellent grinding machines. Ascaso has developed the flat wheel grinder is called the I-1 Grinder. The Ascaso grinders have a Micrometric Regulation System (MRS) also known as stepless adjustment to control the quality and consistency of the grinds. This system allows for unmatched, precise adjustments to the grind setting, which is critical for espresso grinding. With the ability to store up to 1.3 pounds of coffee beans in the hopper, there is no need to constantly refill the grinder.
